The Network Solutions’ GrowSmartBiz conference panelists will speak from experience and case studies to demonstrate how businesses use social media to generate wider reach as well as to provide targeted messaging to their customers.

“Integrating social media into a traditional marketing plan is a hot topic for small business owners,” said Terri Holley, owner and founder of Creative Blog Solutions and panelist for the GrowSmartBiz conference. “Many of my clients want to know how social media works, understand the time commitment and value that can be derived from it, and often ask if it should replace any of their existing marketing efforts. My fellow panelists and I will address these topics and more. It should be a lively session.”

Holley will be joined on the “Integrating Traditional Marketing with Social Media” panel by Jill Foster of DC Media Makers, Brent Leary of CRM Essentials, Danilo Bogdanovic of Loudoun Scene and Joanne Pineda of the Matrix Group.

During this panel discussion, attendees will learn what social media is today and gain a better understanding of the social media tools that are available. Additionally, the panel discussion will help attendees determine whether or not social media should be part of their marketing mix, which social media tools are most effective in reaching their target audience, and the steps they need to take to develop and integrate a social media strategy with their current marketing efforts.
